Use seasoning and herbs just like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger to enhance the flavour of foods naturally. Or just take fresh fruits that are sweet naturally. Spices are an excellent way to impart rich tastes to your food without putting empty calories to your diet.

In conclusion, even if you're not somebody struggling with weight troubles, keep in mind that a high sugar consumption might lead to some other health issues such as suppressing your immune system, leading to hyperactivity, anxiety and depression.
